Board Activities
- Formally reviews the performance of the chief executive officer at least once every two years.
- Formally approves the budget.
- Ensures that arrangements with outside fund raising firms are made in writing.
- Receives information about the financial arrangements with such firms and, if applicable, the anticipated portion of the gross proceeds that goes to the organization.
- Has formally approved a conflict of interest policy and regularly monitors it to ensure adherence.
- Receives, at least quarterly, the organization's financial statement.
- Receives, at least annually, an auditor's management letter and report.
- Convenes an audit committee.

Participants are no longer homeless.

Participants report to us that they are living in a stable living situation outside the Mission or they have been established in their housing by the Mission.

Participants are employable.

Participants are being interviewed for jobs and/or have secured employment or the Mission has secured employment opportunities for the participant.

Participants' mental health problems are addressed.
Measure
Participants are compliant with medications schedule and are regularly attending their therapy sessions.

Participants' medical conditions are addressed.

The Atlantic City Rescue Mission's Men's Ministry program attempts to address the medical, psychological and social needs of homeless men such that they are able to either access the appropriate resources to further their change or so that they can change their thought processes, thus enabling them to deal with their problems.
