Change Process: (self-reported)

We receive many letters from women who have gone through our residential program. Overwhelmingly, they refer to the love, support (emotional & financial), encouragement, knowledge, life skills learned and so much more.

Invariably they mention the hope they now have and the belief in themselves they received as a result of coming back to or coming closer to God because of our program. Most women come here devoid of self-worth, without financial support, no support system of family or friends and having lost touch with God. Being here reverses all that and they leave with a realistic outlook on attainable goals and a plan to follow through. They have learned to seek God's guidance for their answers, how to care for themselves, their children, how to budget, how to find a job or continue with school. They also know that Angels Way will always be a resource for referrals, encouragement and practical help with clothing or household goods. Our follow-up communication provides continuing support.
