Board Activities
- Formally reviews the performance of the chief executive officer at least once every two years.
- Formally approves the budget.
- Ensures that arrangements with outside fund raising firms are made in writing.
- Receives information about the financial arrangements with such firms and, if applicable, the anticipated portion of the gross proceeds that goes to the organization.
- Has formally approved a conflict of interest policy and regularly monitors it to ensure adherence.
- Receives, at least quarterly, the organization's financial statement.

Outcome 1
Children stay in the home.
Measure
Check with DFCS or referring agency to see that children have been taken care of and are able to remain in the home.
Outcome 2
Return of children to home.
Measure
Work with the families to meet their caseplan goals to see that 75% of the children that have been removed from the home are able to return to a home that is now nurturing and safe.
Outcome 3
Parents are able to maintain a financially responsible budget.
Measure
Reports monthly that budget is being maintained.

Parents learn what it means to be a good, godly parent. They learn what their children need at different ages and how to meet those needs.
