Program Mission Statement: (self-reported)
Provide Bible study opportunities for youth incarcerated in the juvenile detention centers, provide penpals to encourage and support incarcerated and foster care youth, provide program options to probation youth in order to give them opportunities they wouldn't normally have where their self-esteem and character can be built and they can have the opportunity to interact with volunteers from the local community who are Christians and see a positive option for life change.
