The profile of a successful PtP participant is a person who has a personal relationship with Jesus Christ, is in a strong discipleship program and an active member of the church. These individuals are better equipped to change old behaviors and learn new ways to cope with problems.

Upon release, the PtP participants have an after incarceration plan, a resource book and a mentoring support group to assist his re-entry. They are better employees in the workforce. They have successfuly transitioned back into the family unit.

The PtP program provides encouragement, opportunities, and assistance to high risk individuals seeking personal growth, better life choices, and gainful employment.
