Change Process: (self-reported)

Change comes when they are willing to accept help in rebuilding their lives foundation. Change continues through being open to teaching & insight offered through the life skills classes. Change becomes manifested when ways of thinking & behaving are different than before they came to the mission. Change is sustained when the "new" ideas are put into practice. The men become accountable for their schedule. Change is seen through men taking initiative & being productive (in work/study/handling life issues)

LIFE CHANGE DOES NOT COME UNTIL THEIR IS A HEART CHANGE.
