Change Process: (self-reported)

Community Program leaders come to Goodcity because they are passionate about transforming their community by addressing an issue of importance to them and to their community. They have the idea and the passion, but not the skills or resources to make it a reality. We partner with these leaders and accompany them through the difficult process of turning their passion and ideas into viable, self-sustaining nonprofit organizations that will continue to benefit the community long after the founder or leader moves on. We provide these leaders with training, networking opportunities, one-on-one consulting services, and fiscal agency services. The empowering nature of our dedicated and individualized services are transformative for both the individual and the community.
