We offer capacity building to all participants. The community center receives training in sustainable design, construction, administration, and housing development. The center went from a start-up to the largest resident-led affordable housing developer in Biloxi. The families receive direct one-on-one design assistance to make their house more affordable, including lower maintenance costs, and sustainable.
