Change Process: (self-reported)
We endeavor to provide a relational strategy by which we stay in contact with participants and those they reach. Monthly feedback and annual evaluation keep us in direct contact with the street level results. This level of accountability is not common for people serving at this level. It is deeply appreciated however. We have seen numerous outcomes that are not anticipated and go beyond our goals. Most of the participants track their ministry growth to the initiation of the relationship with the Compassion Institute.
