Change Process: (self-reported)
The process begins with each participants' commitment to change, and to introduce an attitude of working in partnership with staff. Program plans are comprehensive and individually based allowing each person to set personal goals and complete at their own pace. Working at the mission is an integral part of the process that teaches reliability, humility, and a sense of serving Christ and others. After completing the education and employment components of programming, men have up to two years in a safe, supportive environment to rebuild their lives and discover the person God intended them to be.
