Change Process: (self-reported)

First they are reached in the street through evangelization activities or by referral from other people. Then they start coming to the weekly meetings and counseling. They especially change in the intensive four-day retreat (seminar) that comes next. Finally, by their many commitments as volunteers and other positions in our organization they reflect their highest compromise to change.
