Change Process: (self-reported)

The good thing is that God is the sole source of change. The foci of CNS’s activities are the development of “mutually enhancing relationships” and discipleship among community participants, staff, volunteers, public and private stakeholders, and other resource providers. Physical and spiritual needs are met and change occurs on either a micro, mezzo, and/or macro level are byproducts of this relational and discipleship focus and the social capital it produces.
